Meet the Team
Eileen Fargis
Eileen is a senior energy and infrastructure executive with 30 years of experience across investing, operating leadership, and Board roles. She builds, scales, and monetizes power and infrastructure platforms, working at the intersection of capital, operations, and commercial strategy. Eileen brings an unusual combination of hands-on operating leadership and deep investment judgment — having served as a C-suite executive, fund co-head, and board director covering thermal, renewable and distributed energy systems, power, energy transition, and broader infrastructure assets.
Her career spans global investment platforms (GE, IFC), sponsor-backed companies, and operating businesses, highlighting a combination of investment judgment, operating execution, and governance experience that allows her to step into complex situations and drive outcomes. She has assumed operating roles at critical inflection points — as CFO and CGO of a behind-the-meter wind and infrastructure business, as sole portfolio leader for a 200 MW renewable energy portfolio, and as Head of Investments for a multinational power company — stabilizing operations, instilling discipline around capital allocation, and driving successful exits.
